  The sequel to the successful post-apocalyptic city-builder puts us in command of a society struggling to survive in a frozen and even more cruel world. Political decisions, resource management, and moral dilemmas will mark the experience. This time, with an emphasis on internal power struggles, the story promises to be even more intense. As it is included as Xbox Play Anywhere, players will be able to continue their game on both PC and console with a single digital purchase.
