  The sequel to the successful post-apocalyptic city-builder puts us in command of a society fighting to survive in a frozen and even crueler world. Political decisions, resource management, and moral dilemmas will mark the experience. This time, with an emphasis on internal power conflicts, the story promises to be even more intense. As it is included as Xbox Play Anywhere, players will be able to continue their game on both PC and console with a single digital purchase.
