The countdown for one of the most anticipated releases of the month is already underway. Resident Evil Requiem has almost everything ready for its arrival, and now we know two details that many players were waiting for: the download size on Xbox and the day when pre-loading will be activated.
If you were waiting to free up space on your SSD or schedule automatic installation, you can now do so with official information on the table. The new installment of the saga won’t be exactly lightweight.
Resident Evil Requiem: size on Xbox and pre-load date confirmed
As confirmed, Resident Evil Requiem will have a weight of 72.88 GB on Xbox, a considerable figure that fits with the project’s technical ambition and the visual leap promised by this new installment.
Pre-loading will be available from February 25th, allowing you to have everything ready in advance and avoid waiting on the release day. The official launch will take place on February 27th, when the game will be unlocked for all players who have pre-ordered it digitally.
With almost 73 GB of download, it’s a good idea to review available storage, especially on Xbox Series S. Enabling automatic installation from the Xbox Store may be a good idea to have the title ready as soon as access is enabled. The final stretch is here, and everything points to it being one of the biggest releases of the month on Xbox Series.
