Rematch launches its first major update with over 60 improvements and fixes

The new arcade-style soccer game available on Xbox Game Pass from day one has received its first major update. The development studio has worked hard over the past few weeks to polish the experience, and has finally released patch version 1.200.100 with a huge number of adjustments.

This first batch of improvements fixes technical issues, improves controls, introduces new animations, and solves multiple visual errors. The studio has already confirmed that there will be a second major update within two or three weeks, but this first version lays a very solid foundation for the future of the title.

Among the most notable improvements in this patch are:

• Basic controller reassignment, with a promise of advanced improvements soon.

• Improved impact detection, especially for goalkeepers and goal validation on the line.

• Critical bug fixes, such as camera errors, ball physics, or repeated goals.

• New animations for shots, defenses, and players in different contexts.

• Visual and lighting improvements, including stadiums, menus, interfaces, and crowds.

• Colorblind mode initial implementation, with more options in the next version.

• Audio corrections, with new effects and arrangements for music and match sounds.

• Interface update, with clearer screens and more precise controls.

In addition, multiple minor errors have been corrected in menus, matchmaking, language settings, keyboard and mouse access, visual synchronization issues on consoles, and more. The list is extensive and demonstrates a serious commitment to improving the game after its release.
