We’ve just crossed into the month of July and continue with the summer weeks, a relatively quiet period where major releases are scarce and we barely see any new arrivals on the market, except for a few small games.
What we do expect, however, is for new content to keep coming for games that are already active in the market and still maintain a strong presence alongside their player communities, with Marvel Rivals being one of the best examples.
Marvel Rivals receives two new important characters
This title hit the market as a free-to-play game last year for PC and current-gen consoles, achieving huge success in terms of player numbers, which has guaranteed a lot of new material that’s already available or planned for the near future.
Marvel Rivals has adopted the approach of bringing new content through seasons and the third season will arrive on July 19th with many new features, including two new important characters, Phoenyx and Blade, joining the ranks of heroes to take on the most powerful villains, as we can see in the trailer published on the official YouTube channel.
Marvel Rivals is one of the few hero shooters in recent years that have managed to stay afloat and achieve a decent level of success, so we’re looking forward to seeing more new content arrive over time, and we’ll be keeping an eye on it.
