Pac-Man World 2 was originally released in 2002, and at that time, the title had arrived on the original Xbox as well as other platforms of the moment, such as PlayStation 2 and Nintendo’s GameCube. Now, Namco’s title will have a modernized version with more levels and Pac-Village, in addition to digitized voices and quality of life improvements.
The title will include the voice of Martin Sherman (in the English version) who was the actor who brought the famous Pac-Man to life in Pac-Man World 3. According to what was published by Bandai Namco, the remake will add some new abilities for the protagonist, among other incorporations.

Among the new features are also revamped bosses, different characters that were not in the original edition, and even some collectibles and customization options that were not part of the title in its first version. Another interesting addition is the two-player mode that will also be part of the release.
The remake of Pac-Man World 2 will arrive on Xbox Series X/S on September 26 and will be distributed in two different editions, a standard and a deluxe edition, which, in addition to the base game, will include a “Collaboration Set” that adds some stages, costumes, and figures to the adventure. This will be the second remastering, as the first installment of this saga had already had its remaster in its day.
