On Tuesday arrives the New Game + to Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Ubisoft is still heavily invested in post-launch content for its latest major title, and we now have a date for one of the most requested features by players. After several weeks of waiting, the New Game+ mode for Assassin’s Creed Shadows will arrive this Tuesday, adding a new reason to revisit feudal Japan.

The community had been demanding this possibility for a long time, and it’s finally becoming a reality. This is a standard option in modern Assassin’s Creed games, and it fits especially well with those seeking a second, more challenging playthrough or wanting to continue perfecting their character with all previously acquired skills and gear.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ New Game+ arrives on July 29

Starting Tuesday, July 29, all players will be able to access this new mode. The New Game+ will allow you to:

• Retain your character’s level

• Keep the equipment you’ve acquired

• Preserve your knowledge rank

• Save your hideout’s progression

This means you’ll be able to restart the story from the beginning without losing your progress, perfect for those who want to take on more demanding challenges or explore different paths with the tools you’ve already unlocked. Although not all additional adjustments have been detailed yet, it’s likely that this mode will also include some difficulty modifications or small cosmetic incentives for those who complete it.

The content will be available at no extra cost as part of the general update scheduled for Tuesday and will be accessible on both Xbox Series and other platforms.
