New Leaks suggest that Nvidia is already working on the Super Refresh versions of its upcoming RTX 50 line. According to reputable insider Kopite7Kimi, who specializes in the brand’s hardware, there are already concrete details about two highly anticipated models: the RTX 5070 Super and the RTX 5070 Ti Super.
These graphics cards would be part of the second wave of the RTX 50 family and would stand out for increased memory and more power, with specifications very close to those of higher-end models. The big news is the use of GDDR7 memory at high speed and aggressive configurations in both cores and consumption.
First Leaked Specifications of the New RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super
- According to the shared information, the RTX 5070 Super will use the GB205-400-A1 chip with 6400 FP32 cores, a 192-bit interface, and will feature 18 GB of GDDR7 memory at 28 Gbps. Its TDP consumption would be 275 W, placing it well above a standard 4070.
- On the other hand, the RTX 5070 Ti Super aims to be even more ambitious: it will use the GB203-350-A1 chip, have 8960 FP32 cores, a 256-bit interface, and come equipped with 24 GB of GDDR7 memory also at 28 Gbps. Its TDP would reach 350 W, matching or exceeding previous high-end configurations.
For now, there is no official release date or confirmation from Nvidia, but these leaks fit with the company’s usual update cycles and could materialize by the end of the year or in the first months of 2026.
