Sometimes, games emerge that are as bizarre as they are addictive, the kind that click with you without you quite knowing why. One such game is about to stop being free, and if you act before August 1st, you can grab it forever without spending a dime.
We’re not talking about a typical temporary promotion, but a permanent shift in its distribution model. As of August, it will become a paid game permanently, but everyone who claims it now will keep the full game without additional cost. The responsible studio has announced that the game will become paid, so if you’re interested, you can get it for free now.
Banana Gine will become paid on Steam starting August 1st
Banana Gine is a clicker game as surreal as it is straightforward: there’s a banana, an eggplant… and a strong desire to click. According to its creators, “this is a Banagine. Click on Banagine and count more Banagine. Because everyone loves Banagine!” It doesn’t need more introduction.
You can get it for free from the official Steam page until August 1st, 2025. After that day, the game will switch to a paid model, although all players who have downloaded it before will maintain full access forever:
If you’re the type who can’t resist an absurd offer or simply want to expand your collection for free, now’s the time. Because if one thing is clear, it’s that on the internet… everyone loves Banagine.
