New maps, cosmetics and a new game mode arrive at Splitgate: Arena Reloaded this Thursday

We’ve already surpassed the halfway point of this January, and with it, we’re getting closer to the next big releases that this year promises to bring, being one of the most intense years in recent memory in terms of major video games.

We’re also expecting to see a wave of new content for titles that have been on the market for a while and aim to stay vibrant in the coming months thanks to updates packed with new features, with Splitgate: Arena Reloaded being one of the best examples.

Splitgate: Arena Reloaded Unveils New Patch This Week

This title, formerly known as Splitgate 2, had its relaunch on December 17th to address many of the issues that didn’t quite hit the mark in the original release last summer.

Splitgate: Arena Reloaded still has a lot to prove and this Thursday, we’re getting update 2.2, which adds two new maps, new cosmetics, and the new “Arena Royale” mode, combining the fast-paced action of traditional modes with the loot and open maps of this other genre, resulting in a winning combination, as shown in the gameplay trailer published on the official YouTube channel.

Third time’s the charm, and although it didn’t quite take off as expected initially, we hope that Splitgate: Arena Reloaded will truly triumph among the gaming community that loves this genre.
