Microsoft has reactivated one of the most popular promotions from Microsoft Rewards coinciding with the final stretch of the year. As has happened on previous occasions, the company is once again doubling the daily point limit for searches, this time from December 15 to December 31, 2025, making it a perfect opportunity to close out the year with a higher balance.

The promotion is already active and works exactly like in previous editions, although it requires an important prior step for the extra points to be counted correctly.

How the Microsoft Rewards Christmas Promotion Works

During the promotional period, the daily search limit on Bing is doubled, both on PC and mobile. The points earned per search depend, as always, on the current level of your Rewards account, but the daily limit is temporarily increased.

To participate, it is essential:

• Activate the offer manually from the Microsoft Rewards panel in a browser.

• It may also appear in official Rewards emails or promotional banners.

• Once activated, searches made within the period will automatically earn extra points.

Microsoft clarifies that this is a limited-time offer, subject to changes or cancellation, and will only be available during the indicated dates.

Markets Excluded from the Promotion

Not all countries can benefit from this promotion. According to official information, the following markets are excluded:

• India

• Colombia

• New Zealand

• Mexico

In the rest of the compatible regions, the offer can be activated without additional restrictions.

For those who use Microsoft Rewards regularly (either to redeem months of Xbox Game Pass, gift cards, or digital content), this Christmas promotion is one of the most interesting of the year. With a few days of consistency, it allows you to add a notable amount of points just before the end of 2025.
