March is shaping up to be an exciting month for Xbox. Following a packed February, the calendar is once again filled with diverse offerings: cult classic remasters, highly anticipated sequels, ambitious shooters, and several titles that will land directly on Xbox Game Pass from day one.

There are weeks that are particularly potent, with days that see multiple major releases coinciding. If you’re an Xbox Series player and want to plan out your month, this is a comprehensive rundown of the most notable titles arriving in March.

Essential March releases on Xbox Series and Game Pass

March 2-5: a strong start

• Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered (March 2) kicks off the month by reviving a classic for Xbox Series and Xbox One.

• Scott Pilgrim EX arrives on March 3 with its fast-paced action.

• March 5 is a busy day, with Coffee Talk Tokyo, Marathon, Never Grave: The Witch and The Curse, and Planet of Lana II all launching, the latter of which will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one for console, PC, and cloud.

In particular, Planet of Lana II is shaping up to be one of the most attractive releases of the month within the service.

March 12-17: a hardcore week

On March 12, titles like Fatal Frame II Crimson Butterfly Remake, GreedFall 2: The Dying World, R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos, and Toxic Commando will arrive.

A day later, on March 13, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection and WWE 2K26 will land, two very different but promising proposals.

On March 17, MLB The Show 26 will reinforce the month’s sports offerings.

March 19-31: a wild finish

On March 19, Crimson Desert will stand out, alongside Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered and Mouse: P.I. For Hire.

Later on, Copa City, Life Is Strange: Reunion, and Screamer will arrive on March 26, before the month closes out with Legacy of Kain: Ascendance on March 31.
