To avoid anxiety, you can now start pre-loading Mafia: The Old Country on Xbox Series. Unlike other AAA titles, in this case, you won’t need to reserve a large amount of memory on your hard drive, as the pre-load only consumes around 41.34 gigabytes in total.

The fourth installment of the Mafia saga will arrive on Xbox Series X/S on August 8th and will be much more linear than the last installment, which aimed for an open-world experience in a slightly more modern world. Hangar 13’s idea for this installment is to take the player to the Italian countryside in an era even earlier than the first two editions of the saga.

A Mafia much more accessible to everyone

The title will have two different versions: the basic one, which will have a value of $49.99, and the deluxe one, which offers a “wide variety of additional items” for a value of $59.99, which is a great deal considering the current values of releases in the industry for developments with this level of production.

In fact, 2K Games, which is in charge of publishing, has editions of its PGA 2K, the least popular within its line of sports games, with basic editions starting at $69.99, which gives food for thought.
