The universe of World of Warcraft is stirring once again with the arrival of Legion Remix, a limited-time event that allows players to relive one of the game’s most beloved eras with a completely fresh twist. Over the next few weeks, players will be able to return to the Broken Isles, create new characters, level up at an incredible pace, and unlock hundreds of cosmetic items, all while participating in a remastered version of the Legion expansion.
This initiative is part of Blizzard’s temporal events that aim to revive classic content adapted to current standards. On this occasion, the team has decided to accelerate overall progress, increase rewards, and add new systems that completely transform the original experience, maintaining its essence but with a much more intense pace.
What’s Included in Legion Remix for World of Warcraft
Legion Remix is available to all players with an active subscription or playtime, with no need to purchase any additional expansions. Even those playing World of Warcraft Classic can participate by installing the modern client, while trial accounts can access it for free up to level 20.
The event allows players to relive the entire Legion expansion from start to finish, including its twelve dungeons, five main raids, and the large raid Return to Karazhan. Class campaigns, artifact missions, demonic invasions, and other iconic activities from that period are also returning, now with accelerated rewards and weekly locks influenced by infinite flight.
Rewards, Calendar, and Character Conversion
Legion Remix offers a vast array of pets, mounts, titles, and transmogrification items that players can keep on their main account. Among the new features are new housing decoration items, which can be used when the housing feature debuts in the upcoming Midnight expansion.
During the event, players will accumulate Bronze, a currency used to acquire exclusive cosmetic items. Equipment upgrades, on the other hand, are obtained directly by completing content, with higher probabilities at higher levels. Blizzard has also expanded the character slots available by five, making it easier to create new adventurers for this season.
The content will be deployed in phases every two weeks, starting on October 7th with the initial Legion block and concluding on December 9th, when the event comes to an end. Characters created in this mode can be transferred to the main game at any time, keeping their achievements and cosmetic rewards, although without the possibility of going back.
Players can already access Legion Remix today through the main World of Warcraft client and enjoy this unique reinterpretation before it disappears on December 9th.
