A new withdrawal is added to the list of titles that are no longer available in digital stores. The next to disappear will be Project Cars 3, the last chapter of the well-known driving saga developed by Slightly Mad Studios.
The title will be removed from sale on August 24, 2025 at 23:59 UTC, which means that, unless there are minor changes depending on the region or synchronization errors, it will no longer be available on Xbox Store and other platforms on that same day. From then on, only those who have already purchased it will be able to download and play it.
Project Cars 3 will shut down its online servers in February 2026
In addition to the end of its sale, it has also been confirmed that the online servers will close on February 24, 2026, which will leave the online multiplayer modes inoperable. Until that date, players will be able to continue competing in connected functions without problems.
This closure does not affect offline modes, which will continue to function after that date as long as you have the game installed. As has happened with other withdrawn titles, it is recommended to purchase it before its elimination if you are interested in having it in your library, especially if you want to access all the content before the closure of services.
Project Cars 3 was originally released in 2020 and was the most arcade-oriented installment in the saga, with significant changes compared to its predecessors. Although it divided the most purist fans, it offered a more accessible experience for new players on Xbox Series and Xbox One.
