The studio also thanked the community for their constant support and reaffirmed their enthusiasm for showing more details of the game soon. GTA 6 remains one of the most anticipated titles of the decade, and after this change, its release will finally take place on Thursday, November 19, 2026.

The new date could also alter the previously planned marketing plans for 2025, although Rockstar has not provided more information about new trailers or promotional campaigns.
