The wait for a physical edition of one of the most celebrated games of recent years is finally over. Hi-Fi RUSH will have an official physical release on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5, and the one responsible is none other than Limited Run Games, a specialist in collector’s editions.
The announcement was made with a tone very much in line with the spirit of the game, confirming that there will be three distinct physical editions, designed for both those who just want the disc and for fans looking for something special to add to their shelves.
Limited Run Games takes care of the physical editions of Hi-Fi RUSH
- The first edition presented is the Rhythm Edition, described as the “opening act” of this release. Although not all its contents have been detailed yet, it’s clear that it won’t be a simple standard edition and will maintain the visual and musical style that defines the game.
- Limited Run Games has also confirmed that there will be two additional editions, whose details will be revealed later. As is customary for the publisher, it’s expected that these versions will include physical extras and will be available for a limited time.
This announcement is great news for Xbox Series players, who have been asking for a physical edition of Hi-Fi RUSH for a long time, and confirms that the game is still very much alive even after its original release.
