The situation has caused some unrest among players who do meet the requirements — especially those with the digital version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition — but haven’t received the code yet. However, all indications are that the distribution is still ongoing. Some players claim to have received it recently, between June 26 and 27, confirming that the rollout is still in progress.
