The release of ARC Raiders is just around the corner, and Xbox players can now prepare their consoles. The title from Embark Studios, creators of The Finals, enables pre-loading on Xbox Series today, with a relatively small download size compared to what we’re used to: 29.06 GB.

Pre-loading is available to all users who have reserved the game on the Xbox Store, both in its standard and Deluxe editions. Both include the Lucky Duck Bundle, with an exclusive backpack and pendant, while the Deluxe version adds the Astro Bundle Bonus, with an additional suit and color variants.

The game will officially arrive on October 30th on Xbox Series, PC, and PlayStation 5, with Xbox Play Anywhere compatibility, allowing players to enjoy it on either console or PC while maintaining all progress.

ARC Raiders combines third-person action, cooperation, and exploration in a PvPvE environment. Players form squads of up to three members to face off against mechanical units known as ARC… and other human players.

Embark Studios promises a dynamic experience with tactical combat, shared loot, and a unique retro-futuristic setting that recalls the best sci-fi movies of the 80s. Following their successful “Server Slam” earlier this month, everything points to the game launching with a solid technical foundation and servers ready for release.

A contained download, complete cross-platform support, and a fresh cooperative proposal are the ingredients with which ARC Raiders aims to carve out a niche among current shooters.
