The return of Ryu Hayabusa is getting closer. Microsoft has enabled the pre-download of Ninja Gaiden 4, the highly anticipated title developed by Team Ninja in collaboration with Platinum Games and published under the Xbox Game Studios label. Players can now start pre-installing the game on both Xbox Series and PC via the Xbox Store.
This pre-load will allow players to have the game ready for launch day on October 21st and avoid waiting when it officially goes live. Given its size, it’s a good idea to clear some space on your SSD, especially on console, where the installation size is smaller than on PC.
Ninja Gaiden 4 Download Size
- Ninja Gaiden 4 takes up 36.82 GB on Xbox Series and 54.9 GB on the Microsoft Store for PC. The size difference is due to the high-resolution texture files and additional resources included in the PC version. In both cases, the download can be initiated from the game’s menu within the Xbox app or directly from the digital store.
The title marks the return of one of Xbox’s most beloved action franchises, combining the intense combat of Ryu Hayabusa with the visual style and precision characteristic of Platinum Games. It’s expected to maintain the series’ traditional fast-paced action and challenging difficulty, with a more cinematic focus and new mobility mechanics.
Ninja Gaiden 4 will soon arrive on Xbox Series, PC, and Cloud, and will be available Day One on Xbox Game Pass, on both console and PC. Subscribers to the service can download it starting today to have it ready before its official release.
