PC gamers have a new chance to add a free game to their Steam library, although this time it’s a limited-time promotion. The title can currently be downloaded for free, but it will become paid very soon, so it’s best to claim it as soon as possible.
If you add it to your account before the promotion ends, it will stay in your library forever, even when it starts costing money.
Free game on Steam until March 17th
The game you can claim for free is Tiny Crate, a small platformer with puzzle elements focused on precision. The promotion will be available until Tuesday at 07:59, at which point the game will cost 4.99 euros on Steam.
In Tiny Crate, you’ll have to overcome different levels using crates to progress through the scenario. The player can lift and throw crates to cross traps, activate mechanisms, or reach higher platforms, while solving various puzzles.
The game includes over 36 puzzles spread across five worlds, as well as mechanics like buttons that activate platforms, blocks that change state, and challenges focused on precision jumps. It also offers character customization options, record times for each level, and replays to compete against your own games.
If you’re interested, remember that you only have until Tuesday morning to add it to your Steam library for free before it becomes a paid game.
