Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves receives its first crossover from Street Fighter

The new title in the Fatal Fury saga was far from being the success that SNK had hoped for, especially given the marketing the title had prior to its release and the inclusion of various celebrities in the roster of selectable characters. Nevertheless, the developers continue to bet on the product with post-launch content.

In a new trailer it is announced the imminent arrival of Ken Masters from Street Fighter with a look that shows him with his variant from the sixth numbered installment of the Capcom saga. From what can be seen in the video, the character will have the same movements that make him one of the most chosen fighters in the titles that include him: the Hadouken, the Shoryuken, and the fearsome Shippu Jinraikyaku.

From Capcom to a step away from SNK

There are still no concrete dates for the arrival of the two characters that will be included in the game during this period, but it is confirmed that the next character to arrive is Joe Higashi, one of the original fighters from the first Fatal Fury. The Japanese Muay Thai champion will be joined by another well-known face from Street Fighter: Chun-Li, and finally, Mr. Big, who already appears in some endings and cinematics in the base game, will close the first season in 2026.
