Without making too much noise, EA Sports FC 26 is taking shape ahead of its official release on September 26. But as is tradition, the most impatient players will be able to start their Ultimate Team early thanks to early access to the Web App.
This online tool is essential for managing your FUT club before the game is available on consoles or PC. From there, you’ll be able to open packs, complete the first SBCs, manage the transfer market, and start building your ideal squad without having started a single match.
When will the EA Sports FC 26 Web App be activated?
Although there’s no official confirmation from EA yet, everything points to the Web App being activated on September 18, 2025, following the exact same pattern as in previous years. This date has been a recurring one in past releases, so it’s reasonable to expect it to remain the same this year.
-
The current Web App will be deactivated on September 18, automatically replaced by the one for FC 26.
-
The first Team of the Week (TOTW) will arrive on the same day, marking the start of the new competitive cycle for Ultimate Team.
-
The mobile companion app (iOS and Android) is expected to be updated on September 19, the day after.
As always, only players with an active and verified account who have played Ultimate Team in previous editions will be able to access the Web App. If you meet these requirements, you’ll be able to log in from your browser and get started before anyone else.
The official cover of EA Sports FC 26 has already been revealed, and it’s packed with football significance: Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala will be the protagonists. Both players symbolize the present and future of world football, with meteoric careers that began together in England’s lower categories. Today, Bellingham shines at Real Madrid, while Musiala has established himself as the great jewel of Bayern Munich and the German national team.
As soon as EA confirms it officially, we’ll let you know at Generación Xbox. Whether you’re ready or not for the new season, there’s not much time left before the most popular virtual football competition kicks off.
