It’s hard to understand why the long-awaited free-to-play mode for Battlefield 6, REDSEC, has been available for a while now, and a content pack has already been given away. In this case, Xbox and Steam users are missing out on this pack, or rather, they’re missing out on it for free, since on PlayStation, this pack can be downloaded without paying.
This comes as a criticism, because we’re not talking about minor content, we’re talking about a good handful of extras that cost 20 euros on Xbox and Steam, while on Sony’s console, it’s free. We hope this kind of practice doesn’t continue in the future, as it’s a shame that such content for the newly released REDSEC in Battlefield 6 would be great if it were free for everyone.
