Not every day does a free title come along that combines impossible jumps, bizarre creatures, and a plot that seems to be straight out of a possessed candy store. This new proposal can already be played for free on Steam, and the truth is that it doesn’t resemble almost anything we’ve seen lately.

In addition to its colorful and disturbing aesthetic, the game bets on fast-paced mechanics, boss battles, and a story that mixes absurd humor with certain unsettling touches. Everything is designed to keep you on edge as you try to help an old acquaintance escape a place where logic has ceased to exist.

New free game on Steam to start the week with a bang

The game in question is Toing’s Pops 2, an independent sequel that introduces playable improvements such as new movements (dodging, sliding, climbing…) and faster, more fluid development. The goal: to escape that strange world by helping an old friend, while discovering what lies behind the figure of the peculiar CEO who dominates everything.
