We’re already nearing the end of August, and with it, we’re just a few days away from entering September, marking the final stretch of the year, where we’ll see the last major releases before diving into 2026.
Before the month comes to a close, we’ve had a few interesting releases to bid farewell to summer, including Bungie’s new Destiny: Rising, a title for mobile platforms officially announced back in July.
Destiny: Rising Also Comes to PC
Following the overwhelming success of the second installment in the series on both PC and consoles, the franchise is now expanding its boundaries to reach mobile devices in the form of a spin-off with its own story and protagonist.
Destiny: Rising isn’t just available for mobile devices and tablets; it’s also been released for PC, similar to what happened with Diablo Immortal, except this one can only be played through an official emulator. So, if you’re interested in trying it out on this platform, you can access it on the official website and download it at no cost.
Destiny: Rising is the new free-to-play game that will be adding content over time, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for any confirmed updates.
