Collaborations continue to make their mark on online shooters, and the latest leak points to a crossover that few expected. From the Chinese social network Bilibili, through the official Delta Force CN account, a promotional image has been shared that shows official artwork of Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater within Delta Force.
In it, you can clearly see Naked Snake, the protagonist of the remake already available for Snake Eater, alongside an operator from the Tencent game, identified as NOX, who receives an exclusive look inspired by the hero of the Konami saga.
What does this collaboration between Delta Force and Metal Gear Solid imply?
- Although there is no official announcement in the West yet, everything suggests that this is a limited-time event in which Delta Force players will be able to unlock or acquire this special skin. No dates or conditions of availability have been shared, but the leak indicates that it will be promotional content designed to keep the focus on Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, released on August 28, 2025 for Xbox Series, PlayStation, and PC.
The move doesn’t come as a surprise, considering that Tencent is seeking to strengthen the global projection of Delta Force through collaborations with major licenses. Konami, on the other hand, takes advantage of any opportunity to prolong the expectation for the return of Snake, now that the remake is already in the hands of players.
