Call of Duty Black Ops 7 details its multiplayer, Zombie and Warzone

The event reveals maps, modes, and post-launch plans for the new Treyarch and Raven shooter.

The COD Next 2025 made it clear that Call of Duty Black Ops 7 will arrive with a massive amount of content from day one. Activision, along with Treyarch and Raven Software, showcased multiplayer gameplay, new features for Zombies, and expansion plans that will arrive after launch.

Players will be able to try out some of this content in the pre-launch beta, while the final release will take place on November 14th for Xbox, PC, and PlayStation, including Xbox Game Pass from day one.

• In multiplayer, the beta will allow players to try out six maps: Blackheart, Forge, Toshin, Exposure, Imprint, and Cortex, as a preview of the 18 available at launch. Details about the initial operators, unlockable scorestreaks, and the weapon progression system were also confirmed, which will even allow players to see the exact configuration used by their opponents in the killcam.
• Post-launch support will be equally ambitious. In Season 1 alone, seven additional 6vs6 maps will be added, along with the return of the iconic Nuketown in its 2025 version, reaffirming Treyarch’s intention to offer “the largest post-launch support in the history of the saga”.
• As for the Zombie mode, Activision showed gameplay and announced the arrival of a new, unreleased map and two survival challenges during the first season. Both Treyarch and Raven ensure that the experience will expand strongly in the following months.

Finally, Warzone will also have a new beginning alongside Black Ops 7 with the introduction of Haven’s Hollow, a massive map that will combine open environments, industrial areas, and dense urban cores with hundreds of explorable buildings.

With all this, Activision aims to ensure that the November 14th release is just the first step in a content cycle that will accompany players for a long time.
