Next week is shaping up to be one of the most varied of the month for Xbox players, being summer. Three highly anticipated titles will arrive in just three days, offering experiences that range from intense action to exploration and the charm of retro gaming. A combination that promises to keep fans of very different genres busy.

Traditionally, August has not been a particularly loaded month for game releases, as many companies reserve their big bets for the last quarter of the year. However, in recent years, the trend has been changing, and we’re seeing more and more important releases in the middle of summer. This 2025 is no exception, and in fact, it closes the month with one of the most anticipated titles by fans: the return of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, which will arrive on Xbox at the end of August.

• August 18 – Delta Force: the legendary tactical saga returns with a modern proposal that combines ground combat, air combat, and stealth missions.
