Battlefield 6 continues to fine-tune its experience after months of updates, and this time the change goes straight to one of the most discussed elements by the community. According to the latest internal notes from the studio, the game has eliminated one of the most unpopular aspects among fans: the Wicked Grim suit, belonging to the assault class.

The decision comes in parallel with the preparation of the new mode with bots, designed to facilitate access to the game and complete weekly challenges in a more accessible way. But along with that novelty, DICE has opted to completely suppress a cosmetic that had generated rejection since its inclusion.

Battlefield 6 eliminates the Wicked Grim aspect

The Wicked Grim suit stood out for its striking blue camouflage pattern, far removed from the usual visual style of the saga. Its presence on the battlefield did not go unnoticed: numerous players criticized that it broke the visual coherence and, in a humorous tone, some even claimed that they “would not revive” those who wore it.

The studio seems to have listened to the complaints and has decided to withdraw the aspect from the game completely, although for now it is not known if it will return later with modifications or if it has been definitively discarded. DICE already applied a similar change a few months ago with the Razer promotional skins, reducing the shine and green tones to integrate them better into the maps.

With this move, Battlefield 6 seeks to reinforce its more realistic tone and maintain a coherent visual identity, something that the community had been demanding since the early stages of the game.
