- In this second phase of the open beta, Battlefield 6 will not only maintain all the content seen in the first round of testing but will also add new features designed to offer a more varied experience. Among these, Empire State stands out, a new map set in a New York City urban district that combines open and closed combat spaces, as well as elevated areas that allow players to use verticality to surprise the enemy.
- Along with this scenario, two new modes will also be added to the beta: Assault, focused on advancing through objectives within enemy territory, with a strong emphasis on tactics and coordination between squads; and Squad Duel, designed for closer and more direct team-based combat. With these additions, DICE aims to maintain the frenetic pace characteristic of the series while adding new layers of strategy and dynamism.
Battlefield 6 promises massive combat, dynamic destruction, and large-scale scenarios, maintaining the series’ DNA while introducing significant technical and gameplay improvements. Those who participate in this beta will be able to experience the new features firsthand before deciding on a purchase.
