January is being an especially active month in Xbox when it comes to demos. Over the past few weeks, playable demos of highly anticipated titles have been released, along with smaller but equally interesting proposals, ideal for discovering new games before their release.

From major Japanese franchises to the most interesting experiences, we also have science fiction and a few more genres that you shouldn’t miss. These are all the demos available on Xbox in January that are worth keeping an eye on.

DRAGON QUEST VII Reimagined
Demo available since January 7th. Allows you to try the revamped approach of the classic JRPG with improved visuals and pacing. -
Hacked: The Streamer Demo
Added on January 13th. A narrative-driven experience centered around the world of streaming, with decisions and constant tension. -
Star Trek: Voyager – Across The Unknown
Available since January 13th. An adventure set in the Star Trek universe, with exploration and sci-fi narrative. -
Bubblegum Galaxy
Demo released on January 21st. A colorful and carefree proposal, with accessible mechanics and an arcade focus. -
Yakuza Kiwami 3 y Dark Ties
Demo available since January 22nd. First contact with this new installment, focused on story and classic combat from the saga. -
Code Vein 2
Added on January 23rd. Allows you to design the protagonist and save the character for the final version, without accessing gameplay yet.
All these demos can now be downloaded directly from Xbox Series, and are a great opportunity to try out titles that will arrive in the coming months or discover lesser-known proposals at no cost.
