Memory, a free expansion that will arrive on November 18th to celebrate the game’s second anniversary. This new content will be available to all players who own the original title and promises a deeper experience, with new missions, an unexplored map, and general improvements for the entire game.
Set before the conclusion of the main story, Valley of Memory puts Basim in front of a personal mystery: rumors about his father, who disappeared years ago, lead him to AlUla, a region full of secrets, ruins, and threats. What starts as a family search will soon become a fight for survival, with bands of looters and ancestral secrets that will test everything the assassin has learned.
New features of the free DLC Valley of Memory
This free expansion takes place in a completely new and explorable region, which includes the Valley of AlUla, the ancient fortified town of Musa Ibn Musayr, the Valley of the Stones, and the necropolis of Hegra, with an atmosphere inspired by the 9th century. Each area will include points of interest, hidden enemies, and unique parkour opportunities, as players discover a parallel plot to the main game’s ending.
Among its main contents are:
-
New main mission and new assassination objectives.
-
Secondary contracts and optional challenges, with exclusive rewards.
-
Ability to play the lute in specific locations by finding hidden scores through parkour challenges.
-
Redesigned “black box” missions, with new twists for the series.
In addition to all the narrative content, Valley of Memory also introduces general improvements that will affect both the expansion and the base game, including new replayability options, control, and customization.
