The signs were becoming clearer, but the last clue has come from an unexpected place: the very page of Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag on Steam. A subtle move, but very revealing, has fueled rumors about the return of one of the most beloved games in the saga, this time in the form of a remake.
Several users have recently detected the addition of new features that were not present in the original version, such as manual saving, difficulty selector, surround sound compatibility, or even a curious mouse-only mode. Technical details that on their own wouldn’t confirm anything… if it weren’t for the fact that Ubisoft has been playing coy with this title for months.

The remake of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag has been the subject of rumors for over a year, and although it hasn’t been confirmed yet, the truth is that Ubisoft already hinted that some classic titles would receive new versions in the near future. The question now is not so much if it will arrive… but when they will officially announce it.
