The release of ARC Raiders is being a success, but not everything has been perfect. During the night of Sunday, November 2, 2025, the servers of Embark Studios’ cooperative shooter suffered a brief interruption that prevented many players from connecting. Although the issue was quickly resolved, the studio has decided to compensate the entire community with a very generous gesture.

According to Embark, all players who logged in on the day of the incident will automatically receive 500 premium coins. This amount is equivalent to approximately $5.50 and can be used to purchase future Arsenals (the equivalent of season passes) or various cosmetic items in the game’s store.

Embark also rewards Slam Test players

In addition to the general gift, Embark has announced that Slam Test participants will also receive an exclusive backpack as a token of appreciation for their support during the pre-launch tests. The reward is already available in the game’s internal mailbox for immediate redemption.
