Microsoft is preparing significant changes for its loyalty program. Microsoft Rewards will evolve starting in May with new user levels and more options to earn points, something the community has been asking for for a long time.
The goal is clear: to make the system more flexible and to better reward daily use, especially for those who participate regularly.
New Levels and More Rewards in Microsoft Rewards
The main novelty is the arrival of three participation levels within the program:
- Member
- Silver
- Gold
Each of these levels will have specific advantages, and the most interesting thing is that the higher the level, the more points you can earn each day.
According to the information shared, the daily limit of points for searches will be as follows:
- Member: 15 daily points
- Silver: 30 daily points
- Gold: 60 daily points
In addition, Microsoft has confirmed that there will be new ways to earn points, including monthly bonuses and additional rewards for those who reach the highest level. In the case of Gold, there is even talk of multipliers that could reach up to 7 times more points for certain actions.
Another of the highlighted changes is the promise of more aggressive discounts on gift cards and other benefits, which could make the accumulated points even more valuable within the ecosystem.
- Microsoft also indicates that these adjustments are part of a broader review of the program, so additional changes in the future are not ruled out.
The best part is that you won’t have to do anything to adapt to this new system, as the transition will be automatic. Now it remains to be seen how these levels are implemented and if they really make a difference in daily life.
