Forza Horizon 6 is making it clear that it wants to take a step further in the saga. Playground Games has shared a new video focused on its open world, and the star of the show is a recreated Tokyo with a level of detail and scale never seen before in the franchise.

The game, one of the biggest Xbox releases of the year, continues to show its ambition just weeks before its launch, and this new preview serves to understand the leap it wants to take compared to previous installments.

In this new video, the Playground Games team focuses on showing different areas of Tokyo, highlighting iconic places like the Shibuya crossing, the Tokyo Tower, and several recognizable districts of the city.

But what’s most striking is not just the detail, but the scale. According to the studio itself, the city will be five times larger than any other previously recreated in the saga, which translates to a much broader environment to explore in free mode.

The team’s intention is clear: to offer an experience that’s not just big, but also believable. They’ve worked on capturing the essence of the Japanese capital, combining dense urban areas with open roads and different environments that fit the series’ style.
