The new Xbox CEO has left one of the first important messages about the future of the brand. During a morning meeting with Team Xbox, the executive has spoken about the company’s direction and has mentioned for the first time Project Helix, the codename for the next generation of consoles.
The comment was made in a public message where she explains that the team has been reviewing the next steps for Xbox, including Xbox’s return as a platform with new hardware and the evolution of the ecosystem that connects console and PC.

- According to the new CEO, Project Helix is the codename for the next-generation Xbox hardware. The executive also pointed out that the goal of this new platform will be to focus especially on performance.
