Unexpectedly, Xbox Game Pass adds new dates and a surprise release

Three games already have a confirmed date and one arrives today to the service.

The latest Nintendo Indie World has left an unexpected surprise for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Three titles that will arrive on the service now have an official release date, and one of them couldn’t wait: it has been released directly today as a surprise.

Two of the games were already announced for Game Pass, but we still didn’t know their exact release date. Now the calendar is much clearer for the next few months, while another completely new title is added to the catalog from now on.

Confirmed dates for Xbox Game Pass after Indie World

These are the three games that already have a release date on the service:

• Minishoot’ Adventures — Available from today

• Mixtape — May 7, 2026

• Denshattack! — June 11, 2026

The most notable case is Minishoot’ Adventures, which, in addition to being confirmed for Game Pass, has been released directly without prior notice on the service. On the other hand, Mixtape and Denshattack! were already announced previously, but now we finally know when we can play them.

During the presentation, Moonlighter 2 was also shown, which is still planned for Xbox Game Pass at some point in 2026, although it still doesn’t have a specific release date.

The Game Pass calendar continues to grow, and with moves like this, it’s clear that the service won’t slow down in the coming months.
