The second season of content for Battlefield 6 is finally approaching

We’re making our way through February, and with it, we’re getting closer to the next big releases and news that this year has in store for us, shaping up to be one of the most exciting and action-packed years for video games in recent memory.

We’re also expecting a wave of new content for titles that have been on the market for a while, with plans to stay vibrant in the coming months thanks to fresh updates and expansions packed with new features, with Battlefield 6 being one of the prime examples.

Battlefield 6 Gets New Content Soon

This new installment launched during the final stretch of 2025 and received an spectacular welcome from the gaming community, resulting in impressive numbers and solid sales.

Unfortunately, the following months haven’t been as kind, and DICE had to delay the release of Battlefield 6’s second season, leading to a steeper decline in user numbers than anticipated. Luckily, a new content launch is just around the corner, scheduled for February 17th, as revealed in a new teaser trailer posted on the official YouTube channel.

Battlefield 6 was one of the best releases of the past year, and although it has lost a significant number of players, this new content might be just what’s needed to bring some of them back.
