There’s very little time left to discover which titles will compete for the most media-covered award of the year. The 2025 edition arrives marked by recent major releases and an extremely high overall level, something that has been noticeable throughout the season and makes the selection of finalists a real puzzle.

Before the big show in December, The Game Awards will host a special event to reveal the complete list of nominees. It will be the first time we can see which games have convinced the jury and which ones will have real chances of taking home one of the most coveted statuettes in the industry.

The official announcement of the nominees for The Game Awards 2025 will take place tomorrow, Monday, November 17th, at 17:40 (Spanish mainland time) and 10:40 (Mexico City time). The event can be followed on YouTube and Twitch through the official channels of the awards, as confirmed by Geoff Keighley.

This live event will also mark the beginning of the public voting phase, which will remain open until the main gala on December 11th, broadcast on multiple platforms, including Prime Video, where it will be shown in its entirety.

Among the major releases of the year, there are true favorites and also proposals that have surprised even the most skeptical.
