On one hand, Epic Games confirms that the game will become part of Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing for unified progress across both console and PC. On the other hand, Fortnite Crew now has a release date as a benefit included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, a highly anticipated addition following recent changes to subscriptions.

This agreement strengthens the relationship between the two companies and sets the stage for a strong end-of-year performance for Fortnite, which continues to expand its universe with modes, passes, and monthly content… now with a direct bridge for Game Pass Ultimate players.

Fortnite Crew arrives on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on November 18th

Starting on November 18th, all subscribers to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan will be able to activate Fortnite Crew as an additional benefit of the service. This includes:

• Fortnite Battle Royale Battle Pass

• Equivalent passes for Fortnite OG, LEGO Fortnite, and Fortnite Festival

• 1,000 V-Bucks per month

• Monthly Crew Pack with exclusive cosmetics and content

In addition, on the same day, Rocket League players with Game Pass Ultimate will have access to the Rocket Pass Premium at no extra cost, an extra that arrives in parallel as part of the same package of benefits.

Fortnite joins Xbox Play Anywhere on PC

The other major news is that Fortnite is now available on the Xbox Store for PC with full support for Xbox Play Anywhere.
This feature allows:

• Playing with synchronized progress across Xbox Series, PC, and Windows devices

• Accessing the game from any of these platforms without paying twice

• Maintaining unified inventory, settings, and progress
