In recent months, the Xbox mobile app has improved significantly, even allowing users to buy games directly from their phone. However, many users still miss a basic feature: a built-in store tab with a wishlist, which would make it easier to discover discounts or check prices without having to access the console or website.
The request has become recurrent among players, especially since the purchase of digital titles was enabled within the app in April 2025. Currently, the interface separates the Game Pass section from the general store, making it complicated to know if a game on the personal list is on sale or has been added to the service.
The community demands more integration between Game Pass and the store
Several users propose that the Game Pass tab be combined with the store tab, showing both the subscription catalog and active promotions, and even the possibility of adding games to the wishlist directly from the mobile device.
This simple yet practical request has been repeated with force in recent months, with many agreeing that such an improvement would make the purchasing and library management experience more comfortable.
For now, Microsoft has not officially responded to this suggestion, although the company has shown to be attentive to user requests, especially when it comes to usability issues. It wouldn’t be surprising if a future app update brings a deeper integration between Game Pass, the digital store, and personalized lists.
