Fans of GTA 6 are still waiting for new updates on the most anticipated game of the past few years, but a curious detail has set off alarm bells on social media. American rapper Skrilla has recently claimed that one of his most popular tracks will be included in the official soundtrack of Grand Theft Auto VI.
During his appearance on the Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast, the artist openly stated that not only will we hear his music in the game, but he will also make an appearance as a character in the story:
I’m looking forward to GTA 6 coming out… because you know, my track ‘6 7’ will be in the game. And that’s not all, I’ll also be a part of the game, you’ll be able to see and hear me in there.
First hint at the official announcement of the GTA 6 soundtrack?
Skrilla’s track ‘6 7’ went viral at the beginning of 2025, accumulating millions of plays on social media, so its inclusion in the game would fit perfectly with the urban and contemporary musical style that Rockstar usually chooses for its radio stations.
The artist himself hinted that his participation won’t be just a simple cameo, but could be linked to one of the scenarios or musical events within the new Vice City. This has led many fans to speculate that Rockstar Games might be preparing an official announcement about the soundtrack or the long-awaited trailer 3 of GTA 6, focusing precisely on its radio stations.
The track in question
So far, the company has neither confirmed nor denied the statements, but if Skrilla’s words are true, we might be very close to knowing the first official tracklist of Grand Theft Auto VI, one of the most iconic elements of the saga.
