With the arrival of Fallout Day 2025, scheduled for October 23rd, the community has once again filled social media with theories about possible announcements for Fallout 5 or even a remastered version of Fallout 3. However, for now, expectations seem to be exceeding what Bethesda actually has in store for this year’s event.
Noted insider Nate The Hate has reiterated that the Fallout 3 Remastered project exists, but is still far from completion, so there won’t be any news in the short term. In fact, according to his words, it would be “too soon” to talk about an official announcement during the event.
Fallout Day 2025 will focus on existing games
The official Fallout Day calendar confirms that the focus will be on updates for the current titles in the franchise. Bethesda will discuss Fallout 76, Fallout Shelter, and also the second season of the Prime Video television series, which will premiere in December.
For now, there are no indications of a trailer or announcement for Fallout 5, nor a remastered version of Fallout 3. However, on October 23rd, there could be some minor surprises, especially considering that this year marks the tenth anniversary of Fallout 4, leaving the door open for a possible commemorative edition.
