Xbox Game Pass has kicked off October with one of the largest updates in its history: no less than 96 games are being added today to the service, spread across the new plans for the service, Essential, Premium, and Ultimate. From unforgettable classics to recent releases, the library is being reinforced on console, PC, and cloud gaming.

Among the most notable names, we find Hogwarts Legacy, Skull and Bones, Frostpunk 2, Assassin’s Creed Unity, or Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2. Additionally, classic titles from Ubisoft and Bethesda are returning, such as Far Cry 3, Quake III Arena, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, or Fallout 2.

In total, there are 96 games being added all at once to the Xbox Game Pass catalog. The update represents one of the largest expansions of the service to date, with offerings ranging from RPGs and shooters to strategy and simulation games.

Without a doubt, October is starting strong for Game Pass subscribers, further solidifying its position as the reference service, although we must not forget that price increases are coming, which will not please everyone.
