The Tokyo Game Show 2025 is once again set to be one of the most important dates on the gaming calendar, and Xbox will have a prominent presence at the event. Microsoft has confirmed that it will be hosting a special broadcast on September 25, showcasing new titles from its internal studios and Japanese and Asian partners.
The surprise will come two days later, on September 27, when Microsoft Japan will unveil a brand-new, as-yet-unnamed Xbox title during an event organized by Famitsu. Although there’s no official confirmation, speculation suggests that it could be Forza Horizon 6, which would fit with the magnitude of an announcement reserved for a showcase like Tokyo. It had already been leaked that the TGS would be the platform for announcing the new game in the series, we’ll see if it ultimately comes to pass.
