After years of waiting, Hollow Knight: Silksong is now available on Xbox Game Pass (Cloud, Console, and PC) as of today, September 4, 2025. The successor to the cult metroidvania bursts into Microsoft’s service as a Day One launch, becoming one of the most important releases of the year for the subscription.
Team Cherry brings back its universe with Hornet as the protagonist in a completely new, larger, and more challenging world, where every combat, every jump, and every exploration is designed to test your reflexes. If you don’t want to play it with Xbox Game Pass, the game’s price will be 20 euros. There’s no pre-download, it will be available at launch.
