Battlefield 6 will have giant maps in its release according to new leaks

Although DICE has insisted that Battlefield 6 will feature large-scale maps, many players expressed their discontent during the open beta, considering the available scenarios to be smaller than expected for the saga. However, the datamining community has discovered information that could reassure fans.

According to data extracted from the inactive code of the public beta, references are made to two maps called Eastwood and Mirak Valley. These scenarios are described with different regions and sectors that would be part of large-scale battles. The comparison with Siege of Cairo, one of the playable maps in the beta, suggests that both would have a similar or even larger size, resulting in much wider combat.

The discovery has been shared by several specialized communities, such as Battlefield Wire, which even created a visual comparison between the designs of Siege of Cairo and the new maps.
