Stalker 2 continues to refine its experience with a new patch that aims to improve game stability and solve some annoying errors reported by players on social media and official forums. Since its early release, the title has received constant attention from the studio, and this new update demonstrates it once again.
The zone remains alive, and each patch seems to alter its rules. On this occasion, the developers have released patch 1.5.2 for all platforms where Stalker 2 is available, including Xbox Series and PC. The update note focuses on technical corrections, including errors that prevented progress in certain key areas.
Stalker 2: all changes in the 1.5.2 update
These are the improvements included in the patch:
-
Fixed an error that prevented opening the door to the Shevchenko center, blocking access to that part of the map.
-
Corrected two critical failures that could cause random closures during gameplay.
-
General stability improvements based on player feedback.
Additionally, the studio has issued an important notice for users playing with installed modifications. With each new update, modified content may become incompatible, which can cause performance issues or unexpected errors. In that case, it is recommended to disable mods until they are updated for this new version.
Stalker 2 is available on Xbox Series, PC, and through Xbox Game Pass.
