The project would be in charge of the same studio that reimagines Silent Hill 2 and would be part of a staggered plan for the next few years.

The return of one of the most iconic survival horror installments is still generating interest, especially after the first hints that Silent Hill 1 Remake is in the works. Now, a new leak suggests that development has been going on for longer than we thought and already has an estimated release window.
The information comes from insider Dusk Golem, also known as Aesthetic Gamer, a habitual source in Japanese horror leaks. According to his post on X, the remake of the first Silent Hill would have started development about three years ago and wouldn’t be released before 2027, although everything depends on the internal changes that have already affected the rest of the saga’s projects.
Silent Hill 1 Remake would arrive after Townfall and F
In his message, Dusk Golem suggests that the internal release calendar would have been readjusted by Konami, leaving it as follows:
-
Silent Hill F would be released in 2025 as the saga’s big return.
-
Silent Hill Townfall, which was previously planned, would be pushed to 2026.
-
Silent Hill 1 Remake, also developed by Bloober Team, would be reserved for 2027.
-
Finally, there would be an unannounced internal title.
Although there is still no official confirmation, the fact that Bloober Team is also behind the remake of the second game reinforces the possibility that this ambitious plan is real. In any case, it’s worth remembering that this is an unconfirmed leak and that development times can vary.
Would you like to explore the fog of Silent Hill from the beginning with modern graphics? The hype is already on the table.
